Water decals

S spletne trgovine Viva la Nails sem pred kratkim prejela nov paketek. Zelo prijazna Samantha mi je poslala tri različne kompletke vodnih nalepk za nohte, kompletek majhnih vodnih nalepk in še kompletek navadnih nalepk.

I have recently recieved a package from Viva la Nails store. Very friendly and nice Samantha sent me three different nail wrap water decal packs, small water decals and stickers. 

Najprej sem na nohte nanesla Water Decal Nail Wraps št. 38 v vzorčku žirafe. :)

First I wore Water Decal Nail Wraps št. 38, the giraffe pattern.

Nalepke so bile res žive barve, zato sem si za naslednjo manikuro zaželela nekaj malo bolj umirjenega, ampak še vedno zanimivega. Izbrala sem lakec MAC v odtenku Formidable!, preko pa sem nanesla še vodne nalepke št. BW08, luštne bele rožice.

Those nail wraps were really colorful and bright, so after that I wanted to wear something a bit more toned down, but still interesting. I chose MAC nail polish in the shade Formidable! and over it I have put on white flower water decals - Nr. BW08.

Nanos vodnih nalepk je zelo enostaven, večje sem potopila v vodo za kakšno minuto in jih nato nanesla na nohte in zgladila robove, potem pa premazala še z nadlakom. Manjše nalepke pa sem kar izrezala, položila na noht in navlažila z gobico. Po nekaj sekundah se je vzorček zelo lepo prenesel. K sreči pa sem nohte fotografirala pred nanosom nadlaka. Na žalost je ta nalepke malenkost poškodoval in razmazal, vendar na svoj "dosežek" nisem bila preveč ponosna, zato vam končne manikure ne pokažem. ;P

Application of water decals is very simple, I put the bigger ones in the water for about a minute. I then applied them to my nails and rubbed the edges. After that I topped it off with a top coat. But smaller decals were even easier, I have just cut them out, put them on the right spot on the nail and moistened them with a sponge. After a few seconds flowers transferred very nice. But thankfully I took photos of my nails before applying the top coat. Unfortunately, the decals were slightly damaged and smudged, so I am not very proud of how it looked and I will not show you my final manicure. ;P

Za konec pa še nekaj fotografij laka samega po sebi. Za popolno prekrivnost sem nanesla tri sloje. V resnici se barve prelivajo še veliko lepše, kot mi je to uspelo ujeti.

And finally, a few photos of the nail polish itself. For complete coverage I needed to apply three layers. In fact, the color shift is much nicer than I was able to catch it.

Točno na moj rojstni dan me je presenetil paketek. Že po lepi pisavi vem, kdo je kriv za to, ne, Tanja? =))

Right on my birthday I was surprised with a package. Only after seeing the handwriting I knew who was to blame for it, right, Tanja? =))

Vsebina je bila zavita v ljubka majhna darilca...

The content was wrapped into lovely small gifts...

... Notri pa so se skrivali čudoviti Golden Rose lakci! :)

... And inside there were beautiful Golden Rose nail polishes! :)

Do zdaj sem nosila že vse lakce, vendar zaradi pomanjkanja časa nimam dovolj lepih fotografij, ki bi jih pokazale v njihovi najlepši luči. Da jim ne bom delala krivice, vam za zdaj pokažem le lakec Golden Rose Jolly Jewels 109.

Until now I wore all nail polishes I recieved, but because of lack of time I couldn't take photos of them that would justify their beauty. I don't wan't to do them injustice, so I will only show you Golden Rose Jolly Jewels 109 nail polish for now.

Few manicures from last month

Danes vam bom pokazala nekaj manikur, ki sem jih nosila pred kratkim.

Today I will show you some manicures I wore recently.

Za prvo izmed njih sem uporabila OPI DS Extravagance lakec. Najprej sem ga nosila dva dni, ampak je bil preveč lep, da bi ga odstranila zaradi nekaj okruškov. Zato sem z gobico na konice dodala lakec China Glaze Tickle My Triangle, nato pa prehode še potiskala s konad rožicami in China Glaze Millenium lakcem.

For the first one I used OPI DS Extravagance nail polish. I wore it for itself for two days and it chipped a bit, but it was too beautiful to remove so soon. That's why I added China Glaze Tickle My Triangle with sponge on my tips and then I stamped it with konad flowers and China Glaze Millenium nail polish.




Za naslednjo sem uporabila OPI Red My Fortune Cookie, ampak v bistvu nisem pretirano navdušena nad krem finiši lakcev. Nekaj se pa mora svetiti. :) Zato sem na palce in prstance dodala majhne nalepke in vse skupaj premazala z Gosh Rainbow lakcem. Ampak kaj, ko se krpice niso hotele fotografirati... :(

For the next one I used OPI Red My Fortune Cookie, but I don't really like simple cream finishes of nail polishes, because I need some sparkle. :) So I added little stickers on my thumbs and ring fingers and then I painted over one coat of Gosh Rainbow. But the flakies didn't want to photograph... :(




Pri zadnji izmed manikur, ki vam jo bom pokazala, sem za bazo uporabila Color Club Gossip Column lakec. Dodala sem še nalepke na prstanca, nato pa vse skupaj premazala z lakcem Bichun 648, ki vsebuje manjše in večje opalne bleščice. Ker to še vedno ni bilo TO, sem stvar še bolj zakomplicirala in dodala še plast OPI Last Friday Night. Potem pa sem bila končno zadovoljna. Je bil že čas, kajne? ;)

For the last manicure that I'm going to show you today I used Color Club Gossip Column nail polish. I added some stickers on my ring fingers anf then I topped it with one coat of Bichun 648 nail polish. This one has gorgeous larger and smaller opalescent glitter in it! But that still wasn't IT, so I complicated it even more and added one coat of OPI Last Friday Night on top. Then I was pleased. Finally, it was about time, right? ;)

Viva La Nails and Eko franken :)

Pred časom sem tudi jaz dobila preizkusni paketek s spletne trgovine Viva La Nails, vendar je trajalo kar nekaj časa, preden sem preizkusila prve nalepke. Uporaba je zelo preprosta, končni izgled pa mi je zelo všeč.

A while ago I received a test package from Viva La Nails online store. But I didn't have much time to try it on right away, so I tried the first nail stickers now. They are very simple to use and I really like the final look.

Nalepke sem preizkusila preko tega zelenega holografskega lepotca, ki mi ga je za rojstni dan podarila Anček. Ko sem ga prvič nosila, mi je sodelavec rekel, da sem danes zelo "eko". Od tod zmešančku njegovo ime. :)

I tried the stickers out over the beautiful green holographic nail polish I got from Anček for my birthday. When I wore it for the first time, my co-worker said that I look very "eko" (eco) today. I liked that, so this is how this franky got it's name. :)
