Yes Love - 463 with Essence - Huntsman

Nanesla sem tri plasti Yes Love - 463 laka, nato pa še dve plasti bleščičastega laka Essence - Huntsman iz SnowWhite kolekcije.

I applied three coats of Yes Love - 463, and then added two layers glittery of Essence - Huntsman nail polish from SnowWhite collection.

Bella Oggi - Strass Effect - 03 and 04

Znašla sem se v situaciji, ko sta me zelo pritegnila dva lakca s hrapavim finišem, vendar zanju preprosto nisem želela plačati toliko denarja, kot je bila njuna cena. Prvi od njiju je OPI - Jinx iz Liquid Sand linije, drugi pa IsaDora - Ocean Crush s Sugar Crush kolekcije. Potem pa sem se znašla pred novim stojalom Bella Oggi kozmetike. In glej ga zlomka, na polički so imeli tudi lakce s Strass Effect finišem, med njima pa odtenka 04 in 03, ki ne bi mogla biti bolj podobna prvima dvema lakcema, ki sem ju omenjala. In cena? Za oba skupaj sem plačala približno 6 €. Ko pa sem prišla domov, sem navdušeno ugotovila, da sta kljub občutno nizki ceni tudi zelo kvalitetna! :)

I found myself in a situation where I was very attracted to two nail polishes with a textured finish, but I just didn't want to pay as much money for them as their price was. The first one of these was OPI - Jinx from the Liquid Sand line and the other one was Isadora - Ocean Crush from Sugar Crush collection. Later I spotted a new stand from Bella Oggi cosmetics in my store. And OMG, on the shelf there were also nail polishes with Strass Effect finish. Among them there were two shades, 04 and 03, which couldn't be more similar to the first two polishes I mentioned. What about their price? For both of them together I paid about 6 €. And when I got home, I was also delighted to find out that, despite their significantly lower price, they are also very good quality! :)
 

Odtenek št. 04 je živo oranžne barve z zlatimi bleščicami. Na fotografiji sta sicer dva sloja, vendar bi bil morda dovolj tudi že en sam. Prekrivnost je odlična, lak se je lepo nanašal in zelo hitro posušil, hrapav efekt pa je zelo očiten.

Color Nr. 04 is bright orange nail polish with golden glitter. There are two coats on the photos, but I might get away with only one too, it's very opaque. The polish was easy to work with, it dried very fast and the textured finish is very noticeable. 

Opis odtenka št. 03 je zelo podoben prvemu, le da gre za drugačno barvo - turkizno ali pa modro zeleno z zlatimi bleščicami.

The shade 03 has the same qualities as the first one, except that it is a different color - turquoise or maybe blue green with golden glitter.

Nad tema dvema lepotcema sem še vedno čisto navdušena! :) Ostalih odtenkov sicer nimam, vendar lahko ta dva vseeno toplo priporočam. Če so OPI in IsaDora laki predragi tudi vam, pa sploh. Stojalo sem videla v prodajalni Nama v Ljubljani. Kako pa vam je sicer všeč ta hrapav finiš?

I am still quite impressed over these two beauties! :) I do not own other shades from this line, but I can still recommend these two very much. If OPI and IsaDora nail polishes are too expensive for you too, then even more. Do you even like polishes with textured finish?

Potem sem šla pripravljati solato za kosilo in šok - duochrome je pri odtenku Sun Flare pod vodo še bolj čudovit. In naj vas solata ne moti, je bila pač zraven. =))

I went to prepare some salad for lunch and there was the shock - Sun Flare duochrome effect is gorgeous under some water! And don't get distracted by the salad, it was just there. =))

Za konec sem Sun Flare premazala še z eno plastjo mojega Spectraflair zmešančka, ki ga uporabljam kot holo nadlak.

At the end I covered Sun Flare with one coat of my Spectraflair franken which I use as a holo top coat.

Zaenkrat sem uspela preizkusiti samo te lakce, ostali pa še čakajo na vrsto. Kateri od njih vam je najbolj všeč in katerega od preostalih bi si želele videti čimprej?

Side by Side: Jessica Iridescent Eye and Catrice Genius In The Bottle

Pripravila sem primerjavo med lakoma za nohte: Jessica Iridescent Eye in Catrice Genius In The Bottle. Čeprav na prvi pogled in tudi v stekleničkah izgledata precej podobno, sta na nohtih popolnoma različna. Jessice vsebuje več zlate, medtem ko pri Catrice prevladuje bakreni odtenek. Oba laka se prelivata v zeleno in celo v modro barvo.

I prepared a comparison between two nail polishes: Jessica Iridescent Eye and Catrice Genius In The Bottle. Even though on the first sight and in the bottles they look very similar, they are completely different on the nails. Jessica is more golden and Catrice is more coppery shade. They both shift colors to green and even to blue.

Catrice - kazalec in prstanec, Jessica - sredinec in mezinec.

Catrice - index and ring, Jessica - middle and pinkie.

Kateri od njih vam je bolj pri srcu? Jessica mi je bila takoj všeč in sem jo nosila že dvakrat, nad Catrice pa sedaj nisem več pretirano navdušena... Moram ji dati priložnost, da se izkaže, kajne?

Which of them do you prefer? I loved Jessica since I got it and I already wore it twice, but Catrice... I don't know, I'm not too excited anymore. But I should give it a chance and wear it, right?

Sedaj pa samo še novička za bralke iz Slovenije, če ga slučajno katera išče - danes sem v Maximarketu v Ljubljani videla še nekaj Jessica Iridescent Eye lakcev. Catrice pa naj bi bil tako ali tako v redni prodaji. ;)

Čez zadnjo manikuro sem nanesla še Constance Carroll Aqua Sparkle modro zelene bleščice. Ta manikura je ravno primerna za trenutne vremenske razmere, pri nas je zapadlo včeraj približno pol metra snega. :) Ali ga imate tudi ve tako zelo rade? :)

I put one coat of Constance Carroll Aqua Sparkle blue and green glitter over my last manicure. It is very appropriate for the weather we are having right now - yesterday we got about a half of meter of new snow. :) Do you like snow as well? :)
